Adrienne was a financial analyst at FONGIP and a senior technician in insured annuities at Industrial Alliance (Quebec). She is a graduate of Laval University (Quebec) in market finance. She loves to travel.
Aminata is a program manager at Teranga Capital.
She has several years of professional experience in the field of Private Sector Development through financial and non-financial support programs for SMEs in Senegal and in West and Central Africa.
Before joining Teranga, Aminata was a business manager at the Maison de la PME (Société Générale Senegal) and at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in charge of projects (SMEs and Value Chains, then Agribusiness) in the Consulting Department. She holds degrees in Development Economics, Development Studies and Business Administration.
Djiby Ndiaye has been Program Officer at Teranga since January 2021.
Djiby has several years of experience in the NGO sector as a Project Manager. Prior to joining Teranga, Djiby was a Microfinance Associate Technician at the American NGO Catholic Relief Services (CRS). He holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Applied to Organizational Management from the Assane Seck University of Ziguinchor and is certified in Project Design and Management by the Bioforce Institute.
Since July 2020 Fadyl is working in the I&P Acceleration in Sahel program. Before joining Teranga, Fadyl was an analyst in the Financial advisory department of Deloitte Senegal. He holds a degree in Corporate and Market Finance from the Centre Africain D’Etudes Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG) and is certified from HEC Paris in Finance and Strategy.
Fatou Binetou holds an engineering degree in Quantitative Finance from ENSTA Paris Tech and a Master’s degree in Modeling and Mathematical Methods in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris I.
After a year spent at AXA in ALM in Paris, she joined FONGIP at the end of 2013 in Dakar as a quantitative risk analyst, evaluating guarantee files granted to SMEs and MFIs in Senegal.
Based in Dakar, Senegal, she joined the family in October 2019. She was previously an executive assistant at Ocean Archi’v. Indgrid holds a Master 2 in Strategy and Marketing from the Centre Africain d’Etudes Supérieures en Gestion (CESAG) in Dakar.
Khadija joined Teranga Capital in March 2018, after 5 years of experience in auditing and financial advisory in an international firm. She is in charge of identifying and investigating investment opportunities, monitoring and accompanying companies for which investments are effective.
She holds Masters degrees in Finance and Risk Management.
Melissa Ngoma-Mby is a financial analyst at Teranga Capital since January 2020.
Before joining Teranga, Melissa held the positions of Corporate Affairs Officer at First Bank Of Nigeria Senegal Branch and Project Analyst at Neoshift. She is a graduate of the African Institute of Management in Financial Engineering.
Mohamed joined the team of Teranga Capital in 2018. He began his professional career in Paris at Crédit Agricole S.A. as a Basel 3 Ratios Analyst, and later joined Africa Capital Advisors Senegal as a Financial Analyst.
He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris Ouest Nanterre La Défense University.
Diago is currently a Program Director at Teranga Capital where she deploys and oversees financing programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with a focus on Senegal. These funding programs cover a wide range of mechanisms ranging from zero-interest soft loans to venture capital, with complementary instruments such as capacity-building programs via technical assistance.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double-major in Economics and Japanese, and a minor and Statistics from Macalester College in the US and Waseda University in Japan. She successfully obtained a Diplôme Supérieur Comptable at the Ecole Polytechnique Supérieure de Dakar, and completed a postgrad specialization in accounting, corporate finance, taxation, and business law at CESAG Business School in Dakar.
Olivier has 20 years of professional experience, among which he led since 2009 several investment transactions in SMEs and start-ups in various countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
Previously, he was Vice-President Business Development & Planning at Belgacom, Belgium’s leading telecommunications and ICT player, where he managed mergers & acquisitions and equity investments in start-ups. Previously, he co-founded a start-up and was also a consultant at Accenture and KPMG.
Oumar Yanni joined the team in January 2020 as a financial analyst.
Previously, he operated mainly at the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières as an analyst and portfolio manager within an investment club he co-founded.
Oumar holds a master’s degree in banking and financial engineering from the Institut Africain de Management (IAM) in Dakar.
Specialized in the elaboration and implementation of development strategies, Ousmane has for more than four years contributed to the transformation process of several public and private institutions in several fields (banking – finance, agribusiness, transport, logistics, etc.). In particular, he was a strategy and organization consultant at Performances Group (2015-2020) and an analyst at Global Interface Trust, Dakar (2014).
Ousmane holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School (Heriot Watt University, UK) and a degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance from the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique de Dakar in Senegal.
Sanou Diouf Kane is in charge of financial, accounting and administrative affairs since November 2020.
She has several years of experience in accounting and financial management. She held the position of Accounting Manager in a subsidiary of FONSIS Polimed.
Sanou holds a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences and Management “option Computerized Management” from the UGB Saint-Louis/Senegal
Walter Ouedraogo joined the team in December 2020 as a Financial Analyst. Previously, he held the positions of Analyst in the Financial Advisory team at Deloitte Senegal and Financial Analyst at People and Data West Africa.
He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from CESAG Business School. He was also trained in Corporate Finance and Strategy by HEC Paris and is certified in financial modeling.
